Our History

Many patients in hospice have a dying wish – a visit from family, a dvd player for their room to watch beloved movies, or a copy of a favorite book.  Families who lost a loved one while in hospice care express a desire to share their gratitude with the caregiving staff by offering a contribution that may help another hospice patient in need enjoy their end-of-life experience better. Thus became the foundation for Moments Hospice Foundation.
