Hospice Education

At Moments Hospice Foundation, we provide hospice and end-of-life care education to healthcare professionals. Sessions may include quality patient care, dementia or demystifying negative perceptions about hospice care.

Our educators with industry-specific expertise conduct sessions around greater Minnesota and Wisconsin to strengthen community care for individuals and inspire others to get involved and learn about the end-of-care experience.
