Rabbi Menachem Mendel Feller is the Director of Lubavitch House in West St. Paul and associate director of Upper Midwest Merkos Jewish Educational Association. He is responsible for the educational social programs. He specializes in counseling and pastoral care of individuals from all walks of life. He is also a sought after facilitator and speaker on social issues and challenges. He lives with his family in West St. Paul.
Benjamin Herman

Benjamin Herman was ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary in May 2011, at which time he also received an MA in Jewish Education. He previously served as Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Anshei Israel and in a number of student pulpit and education positions as well as interning as a champlain and for a social justice organization. His goals at the Jericho Jewish Center are to increase membership through experiential and meaningful programming and to strengthen the religious school and B’nai Mitzvah programs through focusing on one-on-one relationships. He also values serving as a Jewish role model, exemplified both in his passion for teaching Torah and in living an observant lifestyle.
